When is the latest day I can make an exchange or return my purchase?
Your order can be returned free of charge on the Spanish mainland during the first 15 calendar days after its delivery. This does not include promotions or discounted items. The goods must be unused and in perfect condition on return.
What are the requirements to make an exchange or return?
- The items must be returned within the maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- We only accept items that have not been used and that are in the same condition in which they were received. Do not throw away the box until you are sure that you are going to keep the product.
How can I return my purchase?
Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number for the shoes you wish to return. We will answer your email as soon as possible, including a label for you to print and stick on your return package. Post this package containing the items you wish to return to us. Returns can be made for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was received.
When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?
A refund will be made through the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. It will be made within an estimated time of 10 working days from the receipt of the order at our offices. The amount to be reimbursed will be that of the returned items. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
How can I make an exchange?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the new size of the model you want sent to you. We will answer your email as soon as possible, including a label for you to print and stick on your return package. Post this package containing the items you wish to exchange to us. Once the package has been received at our offices, we will deliver the new order to you. Costs incurred by any further exchanges will be bourne by the customer.
Once an exchange has been made, can I return the new item?
Yes, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the new article. Remember that the costs incurred for a second exchange will be bourne by the customer.
- We do not cover the exchange or return of any accessory items and shoe care products. As you know… exchange service has a high cost and we cannot offer it in all cases!
- If you have received a product that you believe is damaged or has a defect please email us at email@example.com as soon as you receive the product.
- Costs for the returns and exchanges outside of mainland Spain will be borne by the customer. They will be charged the same delivery rate for the item that they wish to return or exchange.
