• Remember that one foot may be longer than the other, so always measure the longer one.

Steps to follow:

1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor, against the wall.

2. Stand on the paper with your feet together and your heels touching the wall.

3. Mark with a pencil where your longest toe reaches.

4. Take the paper and measure the distance from the edge to the pencil mark.
