What is the maximum time frame to make a return or exchange?
We maintain our return and exchange policy within the first 15 calendar days after the delivery of your order, as long as the items are unused and in perfect condition.
For exchanges or returns outside the Peninsula or internationally, the customer will bear the costs, which will be equal to the shipping cost.
What are the requirements to make a return or exchange?
You must not exceed the maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
We only accept items that have not been used and are in the same condition as when they were received. Do not discard the box until you are sure you want to keep the product.
It is essential that when exchanging or returning a product, the packages are always wrapped in a protective bag. The return or exchange label must be attached to this bag, not directly to the shoe box. The box should also contain the original tissue paper inside. This procedure ensures that the shoe can be resold in optimal condition. Important note: If return labels are stuck directly to the product box without using a protective bag, €1 will be deducted from the total return amount as a penalty for packaging damage.
How can I make a return?
Once you have received your order, you can quickly and easily manage an exchange or return through the following link: exchanges or returns.
You just need to enter your order number and postal code. Then, you can select whether to make a return or an exchange, and you will receive all the necessary instructions to deliver the package to a Post Office.
Conditions:
First exchange free: The first size or model exchange is completely free — we cover it! (Only available within mainland Spain.)
Returns: Have a cost of €6, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
When and how will I receive the amount of my return?
You will receive the refund through the same payment method used for your purchase within an estimated time of 10 business days from the receipt of the order at our offices.
Once I have made an exchange, can I return the new item?
Yes, within 15 days from the receipt of the new item.
